Day 4: Sambar-Bhaat

South India continued.

  • Basic sambar
  • Meal: sambar-bhaat

  1. I Liked it But I can't believe I am saying this but it was really spicy. I think that we should have put in less chili peppers. But other then that it was great.

  2. I liked the one we made from the spice mix more then the one we made from freshly ground spices. I agree that they were both very spicy but the fresh mix one was more spicy. I drank about a liter of water during and after lunch, but it was still really good food!

  3. this is just me but i did not like it that much but it was decent i think it might have been much better with more potatoes and onions but all in all it was not bad
